5 R Framework for Momentum

The 5 ‘R’ Framework is comprised of the following factors:

  1. Return on Investment (ROI) – Every marketing effort must have ROI. Marketing must be modified, tweaked, and optimized until it produces ROI or it must be stopped.
  2. Reputation – It has never been easier for your strategic partners and prospective patients to find out about what others think about you and your practice.
  3. Rate of Conversion – – With increasing competition, you need to make sure that more strategic partners and prospective patients know about you today than yesterday.  All the advertising, rankings and traffic, live workshops, and live consultations do not have any significance until they convert prospects into strategic partners and patients.
  4. Reactivation – Once you’ve done the hard work of acquiring your strategic partners and prospective patients, you need to make sure to maximize Life Time Value (LTV).
  5. Referral – Since you’ve done the great job of taking care of your strategic partners and prospective patients, you need to make sure the word gets out because referrals are the best source of strategic partners and prospective patients for your organization.  Referral systems also enhance your ROI and reputation and, subsequently, momentum builds up.  (In the diagram above, this momentum is the arrow from Referrals that impacts ROI.)
